What I Do on a Sunny Afternoon

Ready Girls??

Time to do some Agility!

Wait a minute! I forgot. I have to get it set up!

One sec......

Go away Seth, I have work to do.
These should great weave poles.

Muncie says:

"Oh well, I might as well humor her. She's going to make me do it anyway.

At least now I'll get a cookie for it."

Break time! Here's some water!

Get ready!

OK. Girls! While I'm getting ready for the next one, you girls can go ahead and play but be ready to listen to me when your break is over!

Good job, Muncie!

I love you!

Oh, don't worry Victoria!

I didn't forget you. You did a great job, too!

I wuvv you.........you're my waby........

And this is what me and my two puppies do on a sunny afternoon.

AHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Alligator!

We were just on our way for a nice peaceful dinner when my mom yelled, "Alligator!"
Obviously everyone started screaming and yelling, "Where is it?" I can't see it. How small is it?"
I know what you must be thinking...you must have eye problems. But, we found it.

We called my sister A2 who was going to eat dinner with us and was following us. My dad said, "We found an alligator. I think it's fake, but SHE is making me turn back around to go check." A2 said it was fake too. It was too big to be real...surely.

It's not fake, it's not, I tell you!

A2 said "I'll save everyone!"

Oh my! It really is real!

And NO Sam. We can't take it with us! It would eat the other animals.

Uh-Oh

You know those days when nothing seems to go right?
THIS is one of those days.
For the dog, at least.

She was playing with a role of duct tape when Daddy Sam put it around her head for a crown. She tilted her head back and this happened.

The problem is she can get it on, but she can't get it off (don't ask me why).

So...

We had to cut the duct tape, obviously. But only me, my two brothers and my grandma (who wanted to call 911, but we said "no") were at home. Obviously we needed some help. We called our next door neighbor and our sister to come help us save Victoria.

We took an exato knife, cut patiently, or rather my sister A2 did, until all the tape was off. It took almost a half an hour. Which was kind of hard because puppies won't stay still that long, and plus she hadn't had her breakfast yet.

We finally got down to the cardboard. Then we had to take scissors and cut through that. If we would have missed, the puppy's neck would have been in danger. But, we didn't.

After a very traumatic day all she wanted to do was snuggle with her mommy and go to sleep. She had no complaints. But obviously by now she is back up and running and never been better, especially without that huge thing of duck-tape around her neck.

Victoria

I've got a secret....I've got a secret.....

B. A Cat

D. A Snake
E. All of the above
F. None of the above

Scroll down some more!

A. A DOG!

Her name is Victoria.

She's like a baby. I can hold her in one arm.

She weighs no more than 5 pounds.

She has two different colored eyes.

One is blue, and one is bluish-greyish-brownish colorish.

But the most special thing is a almost perfect heart on the top of her head.

Muncie is feeling a little neglected.

Don't worry, I'll give her plenty of attention.

After you have so many people ohhhhing and awwingg and cuddling and kissing you

you just have to lay down.

You know that feeling, right?

PURRRRFECT!

I know I said the next time I posted I would talk about the DROP, but I couldn't resist this post.

This is Peridot. She is my brother Sam's cat.
Notice anything about her belly?

It's filthy! Something HAS to be done about this.

But, as all people know, cats hate baths.

This will be interesting.

It's a team effort.

She is just like any ordinary cat - she HATES this!

I'm loving it though!

The Martha Stewart in me MUST make her clean and fluffy.

All over. Doesn't that feel so much better, Peridot?

Mom's hand suffered some abuse though...

See? All clean....

All fluffy and clean. The Martha Stewart in me is very satisfied!

PURRRRFECT!

The Great Adventure

You know Esther my cat, right?

Well up to this time she has been an indoor cat. I love her very much and I just can’t bare the thought of her being gone for hours at a time.

But at the urging of my family & friends I have started letting her out at different times during the day. I put a sweater on her to keep her warm. I borrowed it off a stuffed bear that I have.

She seems to like it. So far I have only let her go out on a leash.

But soon when I trust her she will be free to go where ever she wants with no leashes attached… as long as she’s back by dark!

She is very tired after her big outdoor adventure. Sh!!!! We better let her sleep. She has to get up and take guard duty soon.

Come back soon and meet the D.R.O.P

Love,
Sophia
